Going into 2016 has marked an exciting transition for everyone on the team. With some big changes announced earlier this year, our primary focus in 2016 and beyond is handling all affiliate marketing efforts for our brand partners. This development has meant all kinds of exciting opportunities for us, and we’re continuing to explore our new role every day.
Wait…so what exactly is affiliate marketing?
Where a consumer might directly interact with a big brand (advertiser), affiliate marketing is where a publisher acts as a middleman and does the marketing on behalf of the advertiser.
In compensation for helping drive traffic and/or sales, the advertiser will reward the publisher through a variety of payout models. This might include Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA), Pay-Per-Call (PPC), Cost-Per-Click (CPC), or Cost-Per-Mille (CPM).
Our mission is to ensure that relationships between the three tiers of partner marketing are optimized for continuous success on the behalf of the brands we represent.
